ALFALAND GROUP is a property developer established in 1999. Initiated by managing properties by a small group using a leasing system or BOT (Built Operate Transfer).
Throughout its journey, Alfaland developed a property development venture, a planning and security service, and entered the hospitality sector in hotel management that prioritizes innovation, technology and harmony.
Alfaland would like to invite partners and investors interested in exploring business opportunities or as our hotel operators.

1999
The establishment of Alfaland Group
In 1999, Alfaland Group was established and became one of Indonesia’s real estate developers. Founded by Djoko Susanto, Liliana Tanuwijaya and Hanto Djoko Susanto on 17th of March 1999.
2012
Griya Hijau Regency
The Project constructed in 2012, Griya Hijau Regency was first built in Ciputat area, South Tangerang, then Cirebon, West Java in 2014.
2013
Grand Bima Mansion
The housing project located in Cipayung, East Jakarta, was built in 2013. Having adequate facilities and strategically located qualifies Grand Bima Mansion as an ideal residential choice for many consumers.

Establishment of Omega Hotel Management
Inaugurated on Alfaland’s 15th anniversary, Alfaland established Omega Hotel Management as a subholding company of ours, where this subsidiary focuses on Hospitality business unit as Hotel Operator and Hotel Management.

The Opening Of Cordela Medan
On September 18th, 2013, Omega Hotel Management, as a subsidiary of Alfaland Group inaugurated the opening of their first hotel, Cordela Hotel Medan. In addition, Cordela Hotel has expanded onto several major cities across Indonesia.

The Opening Of Alfa Resort
As a subsidiary of Alfaland Group, Omega Hotel Management opened a Villa and a Townhouse branded by Alfa Resort, in Cisarua Puncak, West Java.

Milenium ICT Center Medan
In 2014 Alfaland Group began to take over the management of ICT Millennium Center Medan which known today as one of the largest Gadget Shopping Center in North Sumatra.

CX Hostels opening in Bali
Aiming for the backpacker market, Omega Hotel Management opened three branches of their hotel brand in Bali on May 2016, this backpacker-concept hotel is known as CX Hostels.

Martadinata Point construction
Built in 2014, Martadinata Point is very strategically located in the city of Bogor, its easy access and bustling area is to be considered as one of Martadinata Point’s advantages as a commercial complex project.

Alfa Tower’s early construction
Started on 2014 end-year, Alfaland Group built an Office Building functions as the Headquarter of all subsidiaries under Alfa Corp’s patronage.

Affiliation with Kingland Holdings Hongkong for Kingland Avenue
A high-rise project conceptualized "Smart Loft Smart Living" joint venture between Kingland Holdings & Growth Steel Group with Alfaland Group was inaugurated on late 2014.

The third hotel under Omega Hotel Management, a subsidiary of Alfaland Group Company
2016
The beginning of Lodan Center Project
This 3-storeys shophouse was built in Lodan, Ancol, North Jakarta. Lodan Center is a commercial complex project by Alfaland Group.

Grand Cordela opening ceremony in Bandung
Continuing on to developing business units in the hospitality sector, through its subsidiary Omega Hotel Management, Alfaland Group built their first 3-star hotel in Bandung with Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung as its brand name.
